We're here to help

Quick fixes for the usual questions, and a real human at the other end of the email.

Contact us

For anything at all — bugs, billing, feature ideas, or a kid who wants to tell Dino something — email hello@ilikelearning.app. Tell us which app you mean (ABCs, Colors, Shapes or Math). We're a small team, so replies usually take a day or two.

Quick fixes

Premium isn't showing on a new device

Open the Grown-ups tab, pass the gate, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription. Each app has its own subscription, so restore inside the app you bought.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Apple handles all billing. Each app is a separate subscription:

Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my child's progress stored?

On your device — there's no account and no cloud copy.

Heads up: deleting an app deletes its progress. If you're switching devices, a full device transfer or backup restore brings progress along; deleting and reinstalling does not.

No sound?

Check the ring/silent switch and volume — Dino's voice respects the silent switch. Then check the Sound switch in the Grown-ups tab's Settings; it turns Dino's voice and the sound effects off together. The “which letter do you hear?” style questions need sound on.

Dino is speaking English, but my phone is in another language

English is built in; other languages download once, on first launch, when the device is online. Open the app with an internet connection for a minute and Dino will switch. If your device's language isn't one of the 34 we support, the app shows English.

I Like ABCs is in English even though my phone isn't

That's on purpose: the menus and Dino's instructions are translated, but the letters, picture words and letter sounds stay English because the app teaches the English alphabet.
